Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover fight-Is it a publicity stunt

For last few days the alleged fight between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover have taken attention of both media and social media. According to Sources Kapil fought with co-stars of his show The Kapil Sharma Show on 18th March when they were returning from Australia.
Kapil first abused Chandan Prabhakar and when Sunil tried to calm down Kapil he abused Sunil verbally and physically too. The fight took attention of the cabin crew too.
After the fight the news become viral in social media. At first Kapil ignored the news by calling it a family matter. Then speculations on Sunil and Chandan came out. After a long silence Sunil came out and shared his views on Twitter. There was nothing specific regarding his decision to leave or stay in the show but there was a indication toward it. Kapil immediately apologized on the matter.
Many questions arise when we look the matter closely-
Firstly, is it a drama to increase TRP of the show.
Secondly, Kapil may have another idea. People like Thakur, Sanket may be introduced in permanent positions replacing his existing co-stars .
Thirdly, Sunil's acts of Mashoor Gulati and Rinku bhabi are more popular than Kapil himself. So, jealousy may be a reason behind this fight.
Whatever the reason behind this audience like me will be happy if the show goes on with Dr. Gulati.
